Anycubic Vyper/Kobra Max Troubleshooting

Anycubic vyper/kobra max troubleshooting

Anycubic Vyper & Kobra Max are having the same hotend, so the leveling gauge are the at the same position.

Auto leveling sensor abnormal, please check it and wiring!

You can try to refer to my steps, start the printer without heating, touch the nozzle with a tool

If the LED light inside the print head lights up, the sensor is normal.

If the LED light is off, there is a problem with the sensor or the wiring is in poor contact

You can open the print head shell, this does not affect the warranty period, please refer to this picture, check the leveler cable is damaged, loose, Please unplug the cable and plug it back in, touch the nozzle again and see if the LED light is on Bright.

If the LED light still not bright, send it for warranty (under warranty period) or just replace the leveling gauge

I just got my Kobra max auto leveling and it prints for bit then said check nvc board wires and connections. What is this??? only made one print. Brand new

I had to replace the strain gauge. When I begin the calibration process it doesn’t require me to touch the nozzle with a metal object. It just goes straight to the auto level process. When it makes the first touch to the glass it then gives an error of “Auto Leveling Sensor Abnormal.” I replaced the strain gauge again and I get the same message. Any suggestion?

What causes it to push down hard on the glass during auto level? Seems to do it worse in the very center. I have already replaced strain gauge and the board behind strain gauge. Maybe mother board?

I’m having a similar problem. Prints for a minute then stops dead when it reaches the middle. I’ve changed stress gauge twice.

I am having this error code although the light does turn on. After it heats up it moves to tbe start position then hits me with that. I have already changed the leveling sensor and that changed nothing
