Smith3D Metal Filled PLA is a composite filament containing real metal powder that creates prints with authentic metallic weight, feel, and appearance. Available in copper, bronze, and other metal variations, this filament produces stunning prints that can be polished to reveal a true metal luster.
Unlike standard “metallic” PLA that only looks shiny, metal-filled PLA contains actual metal particles (typically 40-50% by weight), giving prints genuine heft and the ability to develop a real patina over time.
