fast sent out from seller. My 2nd printer from 3d smith. Only seller forgot to mention or inform me about there is no Capricorn tube included due to no stock. End up have to buy again Capricorn tube from seller so that seller can include the foc Capricorn tube. 🤦🏻♂️

Could have been better. Testimony says fast delivery. Seller took 2 days before sending. Not sure why but no problem on my end. Product assembly is simple, took about 1 hour to assemble everything. However, there are missing instructions especially on the wire connection. This is I believe on manufacturers end. Everything required to assemble and use comes in the box. Haven’t tested the printing yet.

After some initial problem due to some firmware issue, the seller promptly replied and supported all the way, by even sending 2 technicians at my place who troubleshoot the problem and solve it very professionally. Everything works perfectly now. The product is great and the service even better. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with this machine. Well.packaged and good step by step assembly instructions with optional video. This is the best value for a single head 400mm cubed printer. It will be my go too for larger models and multi piece prints in Petg. Once the Enclosure arrives it will be used for some additional Engineering filaments.
