Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga Toolhead Board (01.201.0042) – PCBA Replacement
Original Elegoo toolhead board (TH Board) for the OrangeStorm Giga large format 3D printer. This PCBA handles communication between the mainboard and toolhead components including the extruder motor, heater, thermistor, fans, and filament sensor.
When to Replace
- No Toolhead Response – Extruder/heater not responding to commands
- Communication Errors – Klipper reporting toolhead disconnection
- Sensor Failures – Thermistor or filament sensor not reading
- Fan Control Issues – Fans not responding or running constantly
- Physical Damage – Burnt components or water damage
