Q: Will the prints be fully transparent like glass?
A: PLA Clear is semi-transparent with good clarity. For best results, use vase mode or high wall counts. Layer lines will affect transparency – post-processing with clear coat can improve clarity.
Q: Can I use this for food containers?
A: While eSUN PLA is FDA-approved, 3D printed items have microscopic gaps between layers where bacteria can grow. Not recommended for repeated food contact.
