Installation / Diagnostic Guide
Based on Bambu Lab Wiki
- Power off – Turn the printer off and unplug it before servicing toolhead electronics.
- Access the toolhead – Remove the relevant covers to expose the extruder connection board area.
- Document wiring – Take photos of connectors/cable routing before unplugging anything.
- Disconnect cables – Unplug heater/fan/sensor connectors from the board.
- Swap the board – Remove mounting screws, replace the board, and reinstall screws.
- Reconnect and test – Reconnect all plugs firmly, then run a quick heat + fan test and a small print.
