Printing Tips

  1. Dry before printing – TPU is moisture-sensitive; drying reduces stringing and improves surface finish.
  2. Use a 0.4mm+ nozzle – Smaller nozzles are more likely to clog and are not recommended.
  3. Dial in flexibility with walls/infill – More walls and higher infill reduce flex; fewer walls increase flex.
  4. Keep retraction conservative – Too much retraction can cause feeding issues in flexible materials.
