Smith3D.com – 3D Printing Workshop Terms & Conditions
By registering for and attending the 3D Printing Workshop organized by Smith3D.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Workshop Fee & Registration

• The workshop pass is RM80 per participant and is payable upon registration.
• All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Pass is only valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
• Confirmation of class date must be made 1 week prior to the intended class date.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

• All workshop fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including no-show or change of mind.

3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed only once per participant and must be:

• Requested at least 1 day before the original workshop date.
• Supported with valid medical or emergency reasons, along with official supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate, police report, etc.).

The new rescheduled date must fall within two (2) months from the original workshop date, subject to availability.

4. Workshop Completion Benefit

• Participants who complete the workshop are entitled to an RM80 rebate (equivalent to the workshop fee) on the same day and at the same venue.
• The rebate can only be used toward the purchase of any Bambu Lab 3D printer.
• This offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid only on the same day of attendance.

5. Participant Eligibility & Conduct

• The workshop is open to individuals aged 10 years and above.
• All participants must adhere to the workshop guidelines and safety instructions provided by the trainer(s).
• Smith3D.com and its partners reserve the right to remove any participant who displays inappropriate or disruptive behavior without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Smith3D.com and its partners will not be held responsible for:

• Any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during the workshop.
• Any technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances that may result in changes to the workshop schedule or format.

7. Changes & Cancellations by Organizer
Smith3D.com and its partners reserve the right to:

• Cancel, postpone, or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Modify the course content, trainers, or venue with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, presentations, and content provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of Smith3D.com or its partners and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Personal Data Protection

• By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for communication, marketing, and internal purposes by Smith3D.com in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Malaysia.
