SUNLU AMS Heater – Dry Filament While Printing
The SUNLU AMS Heater is an innovative upgrade for Bambu Lab AMS Gen 1 that enables simultaneous filament drying and printing. No more pre-drying cycles – this intelligent heater ensures your filament stays dry and consistent throughout your print job.
Features intelligent humidity monitoring, efficient PTC heating, and dual airflow circulation for even temperature distribution across all four filament spools.
When to Replace
- Heating Failure – Unit no longer reaches target temperature or takes excessively long to warm up
- Inaccurate Humidity Readings – Humidity sensor reporting incorrect values, causing the heater to run continuously or not activate
- Fan Malfunction – Internal fans making unusual noise, not spinning, or providing uneven heat distribution
