Bambu Lab Cool Plate Super Tack

The Bambu Lab Cool Plate Super Tack is an advanced build surface with maximum adhesion specifically designed for PLA and PETG printing at low bed temperatures. This plate provides superior first-layer adhesion while still allowing easy print removal once cooled.

Perfect for users who want strong adhesion without using glue or adhesives. The Super Tack coating is optimized for the most common 3D printing materials.

When to Replace

  • Reduced Adhesion – Prints no longer stick reliably at recommended bed temperatures despite a clean surface
  • Worn Coating – Visible scratches, scuff marks, or bare patches where the Super Tack coating has worn through
  • Surface Warping – Plate no longer sits flat on the heated bed, causing uneven first layers
  • Coating Delamination – Super Tack layer peeling or lifting from the spring steel base
  • Persistent Contamination – Residue buildup that cannot be cleaned with IPA, causing uneven adhesion across the surface
