- Remove the hotend assembly – Undo mounting screws and gently remove the complete hotend.
- Install the new hotend – Seat it fully, secure screws, and route cables as originally installed.
- Reconnect and test – Reconnect all plugs, then run a small test print to confirm stable heating and cooling.
