Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga Hotend Replacement (20.206.0034) – Assembled Hotend Kit
Complete assembled hotend kit for Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga. Ships fully assembled with heatsink, heat break, heater block, 60W ceramic heater, NTC thermistor, and 0.6mm chromium zirconium copper nozzle. Capable of reaching 300°C for high-temperature materials.
When to Replace
- Persistent Clogs – Blockages that won’t clear after cleaning
- Temperature Instability – Heater or thermistor failure
- Heat Creep – Filament softening in cold end
- Leaking – Filament oozing from heat block junction
- Crash Damage – Physical damage to hotend assembly
