Nozzle size guide:

• 0.8mm: rapid printing for functional parts

When to Replace

• Poor Print Quality – Inconsistent extrusion or under-extrusion
• Visible Wear – Nozzle opening worn or deformed
• Stringing/Oozing – Material leaking despite proper settings
• After Abrasives – Replace after extended use with carbon fiber/glass filled filaments
• Clogging – Persistent clogs that won’t clear
