Installation / Diagnostic Guide

- Power off – Turn off and unplug the printer before servicing fans.
- Access the aux fan – Remove the required cover/panel for your printer model to reach the aux fan assembly.
- Disconnect the fan cable – Unplug the connector from the board.
- Remove mounting screws – Unscrew the fan and remove it from its bracket/duct.
- Install new fan – Mount the fan in the same orientation (airflow direction), then reconnect the cable.
- Test in the menu – Run a fan test or start a small print to confirm airflow and noise are normal.
