Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro Feeder Unit (SAA035) – First Stage Feeder Replacement
The Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro Feeder Unit (SAA035) is the first-stage feeder for a single AMS 2 Pro slot. It uses its own motor and gears to drive filament forward and rewind it back to the spool during filament changes.
Tip: Each AMS 2 Pro contains 4 feeder units (one per slot). Order the quantity you need for the affected slot(s).
When to Replace
- Slot feeding failures – A specific slot won’t load/unload reliably
- Motor noise or no movement – Clicking/grinding or feeder motor not responding
- Sensor issues – The slot doesn’t detect filament correctly
- Gear wear – Slipping, inconsistent drive, or visible gear damage
- Physical damage – Cracked housing or damaged inlet/bushing area
