The printer spec is as advertised. Most part already came in pre-assembled form and required simple assembly that is beginner friendly. Large part cooling fan mounted on the x-axis provide impressed cooling during high speed printing couple with the 5:2:1 gear ratio and klipper firmware can create a printed part with astounding quality and at shorter time. The spec is similar with Neptune 4 except with linear rods on X and Y axis. Another feature not present on the Neptune 4 is the internal and external heating zone with energy saving feature that intelligently set up base on the occupied space on the bed. By far this is the current best budget printer to date. Every spec in this printer completely out weight all ender 3 series. The printer came a bit lacking in the bed calibration, where user have to do a mixed of auto/manual bed calibration almost similar to ender 3 series.

Cuma buat masa ni saya x psg apa² lagi, leveling table untuk printer ni belum siap. miggu lepas pun dah ke laman web rasmi Eleego dan mereka amat menyokong dan menggalakkan pelanggan produk mereka yg baru nak belajar selok-belok arena printing ni. mereka akan ajar seluruh proses. so… saya x perlu bimbang. Packaging pun saya semak semua lengkap seperti diiklankan. Apa² pun nnt saya akan give feedback, minta bantuan apa yg patut dari seller bila tiba masanya. banyak lagi item dan part² yg saya nak tambah dimasa akan datang. Centauri carbon is definitely a huge step up from Ender 3v2. Auto calibrate is just amazing. The lightning also great( I guess Elegoo fix it). I’ve tested with PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU all work wonderfully. The speed!! Just incredibly fast. My Ender 3v2 usually take 12hrs. Now the Elegoo Centauri carbon can print it in 4h…More

fast and accurate, really good performance. Item received in good condition, I only have run it with pla, but so far so good, i have no issue with the print. The print is very detailed and the print is almost invisible on the prints. I mainly uses orca slicer for slicing new print, works well, just need to do some change to the gcode if you want the time lapse video. Unboxing to set up time is fast. The door magnet need to manually glue tho, seem to be a common issue from what i see online. Overall, i am very happy with this 3d printer as my 1st high end printer

My first printer, but based on my lurking experience in the 3D printer space. It seems pretty good out of the box (see white benchy with the included filament) for a first print. Things to note: – Had to calibrate z height as it was too near the bed in my case. – Found printer noise okay. Aux fan is mad loud though but is not used 99% of the time. – Nozzles are proprietary and seems hard to find for the moment. Does not use the same a Neptune 4 it seems. – Received the latest revision of the printer with 2 lights. – Applying lube is recommended upon setting up printer. Guide is on Elegoo’s youtube channel. – Orca Slicer is better than Elegoo Slicer in my opinion. Start with that. – No official app control yet, besides community made called CC Tools on ios. Have a 100hrs total print time so far and only failures were all my fault from misconfigured slicer setup.
