Installation / Diagnostic Guide

- Power off – Turn off and unplug the printer before working on toolhead electronics.
- Access the toolhead – Remove the toolhead covers to expose the board and wiring.
- Photograph connectors – Take clear photos of every connector and cable route.
- Disconnect cables – Unplug heater/fan/sensor connectors carefully (avoid bending pins).
- Swap the board – Remove mounting screws, replace the board, and reinstall screws.
- Re-test – After power-on, run a heat test and fan test, then print a small model to confirm stability.
