*Note: Nylon is highly hygroscopic, Even short-term exposure to high humidity can result in “wet” filament, Recommend to store it inside cool dry place & also we recommend a filament dryer to keep it in low moisture condition to achieve better printing effect.
Nylon is the heavyweight champion of 3D printing filaments. Compared to most other FIlaments it is unbeatable in the field of strength, flexibility and durability. Nylon is more difficult to process than most filaments. The material should be stored in a dry and cool place.
PA Nylon filaments can be used for printing items that require strong flexibility and repeated use such as hinges.
When using PA Nylon it is recommended that the print bed is heated to prevent warping. As Nylon doesn’t stick to glass or aluminum it is recommended to use another material as lining for your print bed.
3D printing is a fun and exciting hobby with a wide range of uses from prototyping parts to making toys for the kids. Picking the right filament for your application is very important.
• Stable melting point
• Good round shape
• Uniform diameter tolerance 0.01mm
• Consistent colors
Printing temperature : 230°C – 260°C depending on part and printer type
Print speeds : 18 mm/s first layer, then 28mm/s – 34mm/s
Heated bed of 110°C helps combat Nylon’s warp
No cooling fans
Only use in well ventilated areas
Store dry when not in use, absorbs moisture
